Shipment Processing Time
Most orders are processed same business day if received on or before 1 PM MST. However, during peak periods order may require 1-3 days processing time. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 
Delivery normally takes 3-5 business days, varying with shipment size and location.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Unless otherwise indicated, shipping costs are:

• Orders in Edmonton are free of charge.
• Orders under $100 in Alberta are a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99.
• Orders over $100 are free shipping within Alberta.
• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout for orders shipping outside of Alberta.
• Additionally, some items may incur shipping costs. Examples could include large or heavy items, dangerous goods items, remote deliveries, or items of an unusual dimension. We will contact you directly prior to shipping your order if additional shipping fees apply.
